The 2-storey farmhouse is part of an estate with 10 hectares of land. It is surrounded by olive groves and wheat fields.

The ground floor consists of : entrance hall - a sitting room with a fire-place - a large living room with a sofa, a TV set and a large dining table - a spacious kitchen - an en-suite triple bedroom - a wellness area which comprises a sauna and shortly also a Turkish bath (it is being installed ) and a bathroom - a laundry room. sauna and shortly also a Turkish bath (it is being installed ) and a bathroom - a laundry room.

The first floor has a breakfast kitchen, a sitting room with a fire-place, four en-suite king-size bedrooms, a large balcony with tables and chairs for you to sit outside and enjoy the sea-view, a balcony with two Victorian-style bath tubs overlooking the surrounding hills and the Appennine range mountains of Le Marche, Umbria and Abruzzo.

All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, two bedrooms have a private balcony one of which with two Victorian-style bath tubs.

There is a wood burning oven outdoors, on the ground floor.

• 220 km from Rome

Thanks to the position of the estate on which the house stands, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, the hills, the mountains as well as of the medieval villages of Monsampolo del Tronto and Acquaviva Picena..
